Refund policy
We want every order from Magia Design to arrive in good condition and match the item description.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us at support@magiadesign.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and any issue so we can review the case.
Eligible returns must be requested before sending any item back. Returned items should be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging when applicable. We will provide return instructions after reviewing your request.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected, or after we approve a damage or error claim. Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our fulfillment error.
Custom, final sale, used, altered, or damaged-after-delivery items may not be eligible for return. Please contact us before returning anything so we can guide you to the correct next step.
