Estimated arrival times after an item has been shipped are:

USA: 3-10 business days but can extend to 1 month+ in rare cases
INTL: 2 weeks - 3 months

We offer two types of shipping:

1. UNTRACKED (FLAT)
2. TRACKED (First Class Mail/Package)

Details on UNTRACKED shipping:

• we WILL NOT replace or refund lost untracked orders!!
• we both CANNOT see the progress of the order delivery
• cheaper option - can only be chosen if all items in order are flat
• if you email asking where your order is or how long it will be until you receive your order - we do not know and the best we can do is give a rough estimate (above) 

• if your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, we can either:

1. send out the order once more at no charge (if the order is returned a second time we will not be able to do option 1 again)
2. refund the order amount minus shipping cost

 

Details on TRACKED shipping:

• will be automatically chosen if at least one item in order is non flat (ex: washi, pin, keychain)
• can be chosen for flat orders as well - we HIGHLY recommend choosing tracked shipping for larger orders!!
• starts at ~$4 USA and ~$14 international
• we both CAN see the progress of delivery
• we will offer either replacement or refund ONLY if the order is lost, as in:
• the order shows being stuck in the same facility for 4+ months
• the order shows as untrackable or lost
• if you think your order is "stuck", we cannot offer replacement or refund unless the status is stuck for at least 4 months (this is because international deliveries are taking longer and longer due to the current circumstances) 
• if your order shows as delivered but you have not received the package, we will not be able to refund or replace the package right away - but please email us with your name and order number!
• or reach out to your local post office
• or file a help form on the USPS website if you think the package was sent to the wrong address or stolen

• if your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, we can either:

1. send out the order again with another charge for shipping cost (the same as the original order - we will invoice you)
2. refund the order amount minus shipping cost

 

We are not responsible for any import taxes applicable to you or your country. It is the buyer's responsibility to account and pay for them. Purchasing from us means you accept and acknowledge this! 

Please keep in mind that we are not liable for the packages after they are dropped off at USPS!
